Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Airo Detailing Co. To provide the highest level of service and maintain a reliable schedule for all our clients, we enforce the following policy: 1. Secure Your Appointment To confirm and secure your requested date and time, a non-refundable $25 deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied toward the final balance of your service. Appointments are not considered "confirmed" until the deposit is received. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling We understand that plans change. You may cancel or reschedule your appointment without penalty up to 48 hours before your scheduled start time. Before 48 Hours: If you cancel outside of the 48-hour window, your $25 deposit can be refunded or transferred to a future booking. After 48 Hours: Cancellations or "no-shows" made within 48 hours of the appointment are strictly non-refundable. This fee covers the loss of a time slot that could have been filled by another client. 3. Weather Policy (Mobile Service) As a mobile service in British Columbia, we monitor the weather closely. If heavy rain, snow, or extreme conditions make it impossible to perform a quality detail safely: We will contact you as soon as possible to reschedule. In the event of a weather-related reschedule by Airo Detailing Co., your deposit remains fully transferable to the new date. 4. Access to Water & Power By booking, you confirm that we will have access to a working water spigot and a standard electrical outlet at the service location unless otherwise discussed.
